Does Tiny Slow Life need a constant internet connection?
No. Internet access is needed for activation and periodic entitlement checks. After a successful check, the app has a 15-day offline grace period.
Download or license key is missing
After purchase, Paddle sends the receipt and Tiny Slow Life sends the license key by email. The key may also appear on the purchase-success page. If it is missing, contact [email protected] with your purchase email.
License activation is blocked
After reinstalling or changing devices, refresh activation records from the license reset page. One license supports up to 3 of your own devices.
Billing or refund question
Contact [email protected] with your purchase email, order date, and a brief reason.
App launch or technical issue
Contact [email protected] with your OS, app version, what happened, and a screenshot if possible.
