• Requested within 14 days of purchase
• Duplicate or accidental purchase
• A major launch or activation issue we cannot reasonably resolve
• No license key sharing or resale
• No unusually excessive use or policy abuse

Not eligible

• Requests after 14 days, unless required by applicable law
• Refunds after license sharing, resale, or transfer
• Abusive or fraudulent use of the refund policy

After a refund

Refunded licenses may be disabled and can no longer be used to activate the app.
